Tanzania, Japan affirm their strong development ties in infrastructure, trade, people-to-people relations
DODOMA, Sept. 16 -- Tanzania and Japan have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening and expanding their long-standing cooperation by advancing areas of mutual interest aimed at promoting development and delivering greater benefits to the people of both countries.
The commitment was expressed in Dodoma during bilateral talks between Felista Rugambwa, Director of the Asia and Australia Department at Tanzanias Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, and Horonori Suzuki, Director of the Second African Division in the African Affairs Department of Japans Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
