DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 14 -- TANZANIA has affirmed its commitment to deepen long long-standing relationship with Cuba, saying close ties in health, education, industry, and diplomacy have cemented concrete strategies to further enhance the partnership.
The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Steven Chumi, held talks with the Ambassador of Cuba to Tanzania, Yordenis Despaigne Vera, at the Ministrys sub-offices in Dar es Salaam, focusing on strategies to advance and strengthen diplomatic cooperation between Tanzania and the Republic of Cuba, for the mutual benefit of their citizens.
