DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 21 -- THE Traditional and Alternative Medicine Council has held a meeting to review progress, assess the current state and establish strategies for strengthening the delivery of traditional and alternative medicine services in Tanzania.

Speaking during the meeting, Council Chairperson Professor Joseph Otieno emphasised the importance of continuously improving operational performance to ensure that services provided to the public meet quality standards and comply with established laws, regulations and guidelines.
