DAR ES SALAAM, July 6 -- PRIME Minister Dr Mwigulu Nchemba has directed ministries, public institutions and local government authorities to expand economic opportunities for young people through procurement, skills development and business support programmes, to accelerate youth participation in the economy.

Representing President Samia Suluhu Hassan at the Vijana Uchumi Challenge grand finale in Dar es Salaam yesterday, Dr Nchemba said the government remains committed to ensuring no young person is left behind in the countrys development agenda.
