DODOMA, March 27 -- FROM the halls of Parliament in Dodoma to the Karimjee Grounds in Dar es Salaam, the government is preparing a high-profile send-off for a prominent politician William Lukuvi, culminating in a state burial to be led by President Samia Suluhu Hassan.
