ZANZIBAR, Aug. 12 -- PRESIDENT Samia Suluhu Hassan is expected today to officially launch a newly constructed childrens recreation ground at Kibuteni as part of activities marking the 2026 Kizimkazi Festival, before visiting exhibition stalls showcasing products and activities by hundreds of participants at Dimbani, Zanzibar.

Launch of the childrens facility is among a series of activities lined up for the celebratios, as the annual Kizimkazi Festival brings together residents and visitors for a programme featuring cultural, social and community activities.
