DAR ES SALAAM, July 14 -- THE 50th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba) generated TSh3.9 billion in direct sales, while more than 60 per cent of exhibitors secured business opportunities and export orders, signalling strong demand for Tanzanian products.

Tanzania Trade Development Authority (TANTRADE) Director General Dr Latifa Mohamed Khamis said the fair provided a key link between producers and markets by connecting businesses with potential buyers locally, and internationally.
