DAR ES SALAAM, July 14 -- THE Rural Energy Agency (REA) was named the Best Government Institutions Exhibitor at the 50th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba) 2026 in recognition of its outstanding exhibition and public engagement.

The award was presented during the official closing ceremony of the fair, where the President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council, Dr Hussein Ali Mwinyi, served as the Guest of Honour

The award was received on behalf of REA by the agencys Head of Public Relations and Communications, Martha Chassama.
