ARUSHA, Sept. 22 -- THE Arusha Regional Commissioner, CPA Amos Makalla, has directed the Karatu District Water and Sanitation Authority to expedite the process of securing a contractor to channel water to storage tanks and distribute it to residents of Karatu District in Arusha Region from the Bwawani water source.

CPA Makalla issued these instructions today, September 22, 2025, during his official visit to Karatu to inspect the implementation of various development projects.
