DODOMA, Oct. 11 -- PUBLIC servants across the country have been urged to deliver quality services to citizens with integrity and accountability to help the government achieve its broader goal of improving public service delivery.
Permanent Secretary in the Presidents Office – Public Service Management and Good Governance, Juma Mkomi, made the call in Dodoma on Thursday while speaking to media outlets about Customer Service Week.
He emphasized the importance of adhering to the constitutional mandate that requires public servants to promote the welfare of citizens through effective and ethical service delivery.
