DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 8 -- THE Minister of State in the Prime Ministers Office responsible for Policy, Parliament, Coordination and Persons with Disabilities, Professor Palamagamba Kabudi, has urged newly elected political party leaders to use the 4Rs philosophy initiated by President Samia Suluhu Hassan as a guide and tool in executing their responsibilities to strengthen democracy and contribute to national development.
