MUGUMU, July 1 -- PRIME MINISTER Mwigulu Nchemba has inspected the construction progress of the Serengeti District Council Administration Building, worth 4.5bn/- which is expected to improve public service delivery in the district.

Dr Nchemba visited the project earlier today, July 1, 2026, as part of his five-day working tour of Mara Region, where he is inspecting development projects, engaging with citizens and addressing challenges affecting communities across the region.

Presenting the project report, the Tanzania Building Agency (TBA) Mara Regional Architect, Nicholas Jeje, said construction of the modern office complex started on April 10, 2025 and is expected to be completed on April 9, 2028.
