GEITA, Sept. 22 -- PRIME Minister Kassim Majaliwa has today, September 22, 2025, officially opened the 8th annual Mining Technology Exhibition for 2025, held at the Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan grounds in Geita region.

The Mining Technology Exhibition, which was established in 2018, aims to strengthen the countrys mining sector and ensure that mineral resources benefit all Tanzanians.

The exhibition has become a special platform where the government, private sector, large and small-scale miners, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and various development stakeholders gather to discuss, share experiences, and collaborate.
