ARUSHA, Feb. 25 -- PRIME Minister Dr Mwigulu Nchemba has assured that plans are underway to upgrade all markets under district councils in the next financial year to enable traders to conduct their businesses in a more conducive environment.

Dr Nchemba said the move forms part of the governments broader agenda to ensure citizens wellbeing aligns with the countrys middle-income economy aspirations.
