DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 27 -- THE Dodoma Basketball League (DPBL) delivered an eventful Round 6 over the weekend at Chinangali Park, with key performances, close finishes and notable shifts in both the mens and womens standings.

As the playoff race progresses, competition remains high across the board.

Central Vipers secured two important wins, starting with a 92–45 result over Netfit Boys, followed by a narrow 80–79 victory against NSEI BBall Club. These results moved the Vipers to 11 points, placing them fifth on the table.

DB Panthers extended their unbeaten run, beating Kisasa Heroes 70–61 and Premier BBall Club 83–43. With 12 points and a 6–0 record, they remain second, behind Kisasa Heroes.
