KILIMANJARO, Oct. 6 -- THE National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has been awarded the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Certificate by the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS), a step aimed at enhancing the quality of services provided to members, employers and stakeholders.

The certificate was issued after NSSF completed the verification and certification process of its quality management system, laying the foundation for continued improvement in performance, accountability and efficiency in service delivery.
