DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 19 -- THE National Institute of Transport (NIT) has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aerotechnics Tanzania to enhance capacity building in the aviation sector locally and across Africa.

The partnership aims to modernise training programmes, boost institutional capacity and provide students with access to both local and international aviation markets.

Aerotechnics Limited Chairman Jared Ajwanga said the initiative focuses on creating a future-ready aviation ecosystem that empowers students and positions Tanzania as a hub for aviation, drone technology and aerospace innovation.
