MOROGORO, Oct. 20 -- MTIBWA Sugar and Coastal Union played out a goalless draw in a Mainland Premier League match at the Jamhuri Stadium in Morogoro yesterday.

The result sees both teams remain in the lower half of the league standings after four rounds of fixtures.

Mtibwa Sugar now sit in eighth place with four points from three matches, while Coastal Union are 11th, also with four points but having played one game more.

The single point gained created a bottleneck in the middle of the table, where a total of six teams—Mtibwa Sugar, Young Africans, Azam FC, Dodoma Jiji, Mashujaa and Coastal Union—are now level on four points.

Only goal difference and other tie-breaking criteria separate these clubs.
