DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 25 -- THE Ministry of Minerals has postponed the 7th Tanzania Mining and Investment Conference, which was originally scheduled to take place in November this year.
In an official statement released yesterday, the ministrys Permanent Secretary Enginner Yahya Samamba confirmed that the event has been rescheduled to November 19–21 2026 to avoid coinciding with the countrys General Election, slated for October this year.
“The Ministry of Minerals sincerely regrets any inconvenience this postponement may cause,” said Eng Samamba.
