DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 25 -- THE rapid rise in ongoing constructions of projects across the country has opened new doors for local engineers, drawing thousands into national development works that were once dominated by foreign experts.
A trend not only strengthens professional expertise at home but also provides the momentum needed to realise the countrys Vision 2050 in the construction sector.
