MOROGORO, Nov. 4 -- MORE than 200 women operating small food businesses in Morogoro Municipality are set to strengthen their enterprises following a donation of two tonnes of sugar from Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL) through the Wape Tabasamu 2026 campaign.

Speaking during the event, Kilombero Sugars Communications and Stakeholder Relations Manager, Mr Victor Byemelwa, said empowering women through community partnerships was essential in strengthening their economic capacity.

“Strong communities are built through cooperation and inclusion. At Kilombero Sugar, we believe in working with various stakeholders to provide meaningful support that empowers people and strengthens their economic capacity,” he said.
