BAGAMOYO, Sept. 24 -- THE Indian High Commission  has donated books to the Bagamoyo Arts and Culture Institute (TASUBA) in a move aimed at promoting Indian arts and culture to the Tanzanian students  sector

Speaking in Bagamoyo, Dr. Soumya Chavan, the Director of the Swamy Vivekananda Cultural Centre at the commission, said the Indian Embassy has donated 40 books to TaSUBa to ensure that students have an opportunity to learn more about Indian culture.

Dr. Chavan emphasized that the main goal is to ensure that students, teachers, and researchers gain knowledge about Indian culture and to further strengthen the long-standing cooperation between the two countries.
