DODOMA, Sept. 25 -- THE Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports has issued a clear reminder to all football clubs about the proper procedures for using Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, following reports that Pamba Jiji FC trained in darkness at the venue without prior notice.

The statement was issued through a press release by the ministry, published on its social media platforms, including Instagram and signed by the Acting Head of the Communication Unit, Hassan Mabuye.

It stated that Pamba Jiji FC arrived at the stadium late Tuesday, around 06:35pm without informing the stadium management beforehand.By that time, electrical technicians had already left, which meant the stadium lights were off. The lights were only restored at 07:08pm...
