ARUSHA, June 12 -- THE government has renewed its call for strict adherence to integrity and professional ethics within the public service, saying it remains central to effective service delivery and the successful implementation of national development priorities.

The call was made on Friday, by the Permanent Secretary in the Prime Ministers Office (Policy, Parliament, Coordination and Persons with Disabilities), Dr Jim Yonazi, while inaugurating a training programme for Integrity Committees designed to enhance institutional capacity in managing ethics and accountability issues.
