GEITA, Oct. 4 -- GEITA Gold Mining Limited (GGML) has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the development of social services through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme as well as sponsorship initiatives.

The GGML Director of Development and Relations, Mr Gilbert Mworia, said this on October 01, 2026 during a forum on opportunities arising from GGMLs presence at the Ninth National Mining Technology Exhibition, held at the Dkt Samia Suluhu Grounds in Geita Municipality.

He said that, in accordance with the law, GGML sets aside 9.2bn/- annually for CSR activities in Geita District Council and Geita Municipal Council, which are used to improve the education, health, roads and water sectors.
