DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 20 -- FOUR Tanzanian clubs – Simba SC, Azam FC, Singida Black Stars and Mlandege FC are in action today in the CAF Inter-Club competitions for the 2025 season that commenced yesterday with the first round of preliminary matches.
Simba SC, featuring in the CAF Champions League, are in Botswana where they face Gaborone United at the Obed Itani Chilume Stadium. The match is scheduled to kick off at 8:00 PM.
Speaking ahead of the encounter, Simba Head Coach Fadlu Davids said the aim is to secure an away victory, noting the importance of winning both home and away fixtures to reach the next round.
