DAR ES SALAAM, March 18 -- THE Tanzanian government has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening ties with the private sector to accelerate industrial growth and economic development.

This was reached in a discussion between the Deputy Minister for Finance, Laurent Luswetula, with a delegation from Plasco on the role of industry in boosting the national economy.

The Plasco team, led by General Manager Dario Manlubatan and Marketing Manager Edith James, met the deputy minister at the ministrys sub-office in Dar es Salaam today, March 18, 2026.
