SINGIDA, Sept. 9 -- THE Tanzanian presidential candidate from the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, has pledged to build a Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA) college in Manyoni District, Singida Region, if re-elected in the upcoming general election.
