DODOMA, March 12 -- President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Samia Suluhu Hassan, has commended the chairpersons and members of the commission established to assess land use in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for their dedicated and patriotic work in completing their duties.

President Samia made the remarks today, March 12, 2026, at Chamwino State House in Dodoma while receiving reports from the commissions. She noted that the commissions mandate was challenging due to the involvement of numerous stakeholders with differing perspectives.
