DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 1 -- THE Chama Cha Mapinduzi(CCM) presidential running mate, Dr. Emmanuel Nchimbi, has said that if the party is given the mandate to lead the country for the next five years, water woes in Ilala district and Segerea Constituency will be history.

Speaking during his campaigns in Segerea, Dar es Salaam the running mate revealed CCMs plan of launching a major water production and distribution project in those areas as well as expanding the pipeline network to deliver the service everywhere.

Additionally, he said that the party will also excavate and replace damaged or broken underground pipelines with new ones to improve access to clean and safe water.
