ZANZIBAR, Oct. 6 -- ZANZIBARS Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) Presidential candidate, Dr Hussein Ali Mwinyi, has pledged to continue improving the infrastructure of Shumba Port in Pemba Island to help reduce the cost of living and food prices for the isles citizens.

He pledged on Monday when addressing groups of entrepreneurs, widows, food vendors, bodaboda riders, and CCM members at Nsuka Grounds in Konde Constituency, North Pemba Region, stressing that the move will solve the long-time challenge of the high cost of living in the area.
