ARUSHA, Aug. 26 -- THE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Dr. Doto Biteko, has called on board chairpersons and chief executives of public institutions in Tanzania to ensure effective implementation of strategic resolutions made during working forums.

He emphasized that these leaders carry a significant responsibility to improve the lives of Tanzanians, especially considering the governments investment of 86tri/- in its institutions and state-owned enterprises.
