DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 20 -- TANZANIA readies to launch a one-month Mastering the Art of Public Speaking in the 21st century training set to kick off from October 1st in Dar es Salaam.

This highly transformative program is designed to empower individuals with one of the most demanding skills, the ability to communicate effectively to mass of people.
