DAR ES SALAAM, April 22 -- IN a continued effort to develop young talent and prepare future leaders in the financial sector, CRDB Bank has officially launched the second cohort of its Graduate Trainee Program.

The initiative aims to equip high-potential graduates with the skills needed to succeed in the competitive job market.

Speaking at the launch event, the banks Managing Director and CEO, Abdulmajid Mussa Nsekela, said the institution remains committed to investing in young people with talent, creativity, and strong vision to strengthen both current and future leadership.
