DAR ES SALAAM, March 26 -- CRDB Bank has set aside a total of 2.3bn/- for prizes to be awarded to its customers who will conduct transactions and make payments through its SimBanking service, as part of a special campaign aimed at promoting the use of digital financial services.
Speaking during the launch of the SimBanking Kimpango Wako campaign, the banks Acting Managing Director, Fredrick Nshekanabo, said the initiative is designed to motivate both customers and service agents to increase the use of digital platforms in their financial transactions.
He said that in the campaign, the grand prize winner in the final draw will walk away with 30m/-, while the second and third winners will receive 20m/- and 10m/- respectively.
