DODOMA, March 25 -- THE Parliamentary Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Sports has approved the draft plan and budget estimates for recurrent expenditure and development projects for the 2026/2027 financial year for the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.

The plan was endorsed on March 24, 2026, under the leadership of the committees chairperson, Husna Sekiboko, who said the blueprint will serve as a catalyst in preparing a skilled and competent youth population.

Additionally, the chairperson stressed the need to ensure a steady flow of funds to facilitate the timely implementation and completion of all development projects.
