DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 19 -- CLIMATE Hub Tanzania, in partnership with Climate KIC, has launched the Generation Kijani (Gen_K) programme to strengthen the capacity of youth-led organisations to address climate change and build community resilience across Tanzania.

The nine-month programme, scheduled to run from November 2026 to June 2027, will support five organisations from different regions of the country through training, mentorship, networking opportunities and financial assistance for climate change adaptation projects.

The initiative is led by Climate Hub Tanzania in collaboration with Climate KIC, with funding from the Government of Ireland through its international development programme in Tanzania.
