DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 25 -- DAR ES SALAAM Regional Commissioner Albert Chalamila has told District Commissioners to ensure government investments deliver tangible results in improving services and promoting transparency.

He said that during a hand over of two Toyota Land Cruisers, each worth about 250m/-, to the District Commissioners of Ubungo and Kigamboni at a brief ceremony held at Kinondoni District offices.

Mr Chalamila stressed that the vehicles were not meant for prestige but as tools to enhance government responsiveness and address challenges facing citizens.
