DAR ES SALAAM, Sept. 29 -- CCM has unveiled a sweeping plan to drive transformative development across Dar es Salaam, focusing on infrastructure, transportation, trade, employment, land and the economy as part of its 2025–2030 Election Manifesto.

Speaking at campaign rallies held on Sunday at Mjimwema grounds in Kigamboni and Maturubai grounds in Mbagala, CCMs presidential running mate, Ambassador Emmanuel Nchimbi, assured residents that the party is committed to delivering impactful projects that will significantly improve social and economic services over the next five years.
