DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 18 -- REAL estate industry stakeholders have urged house and land brokers across the country to strictly uphold work ethics, pursue professional development, and join formal registration systems to shed public stigma and restore dignity to the profession.

The call was spearheaded by Mkuyu Africa Company Director, Juneid Othman, during a recent stakeholder meeting in Dar es Salaam convened to address sector challenges and discuss regulatory formalization.

Mr Othman emphasized that the housing, land, and construction sectors directly impact everyday lives, making honesty, professionalism, and accountability essential to safeguarding client interests and building public trust.
