ATE reshuffles employer award to drive efficiency
DAR ES SALAAM, May 29 -- THE Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) has reshuffled its flagship Employer of the Year Awards (EYA Awards) for this year as it intensifies efforts to promote more effectiveness and excellence at workplaces.
As part of the restructuring, EYA 2026 has introduced 11 new assessment criteria designed to reflect modern workplace dynamics and global employment trends. ATE Chief Executive Officer Ms Suzanne Ndomba-Doran said the entity took a strategic pause last year to review the award process and identify ways to improve its impact and relevance in a rapidly evolving labour market.
