ARUSHA, Sept. 8 -- THE annual Tanfoam Marathon, which previously staged a 12km half marathon, has now been upgraded to a 42km full marathon, heading to its flag off in December this year.
Ahead of its official flag off on Sunday, 7th of December, the Tanfoam Marathon has already attracted 1300 runners and will be flagged off at the General Tyre grounds in the Themi Hills area on the outskirts of Arusha City.
Other than the main event of 42 kilometers, the Marathon will also feature the 21km half-marathon, the 10km race, and the 5km fun run.
