DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 8 -- AIRTEL Tanzania extended its tour of Dar es Salaam to assess the performance of the firms customer care units and agents as part of the Customer Service Week 2025.
As part of Customer Service Week 2025, Airtel Tanzania took proactive steps to engage directly with its customers and agents across Dar es Salaam.
The visits aimed to listen to feedback, showcase innovative solutions, and reinforce the companys Mteja Kwanza theme.
