DAR ES SALAAM, Oct. 12 -- YOUTH representatives from across Africa have called for greater inclusion in climate decision-making processes, urging governments and global actors to give young people a stronger voice in shaping environmental policies.

Speaking during the African Group of Negotiators (AGN) Pre-COP Meeting held in Dar es Salaam, the youth stressed the need for unity and collaboration in addressing the continents climate challenges.

The Director of Civil Society Organisations, Sara Pima, said youth participation in high-level discussions is key to bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
