DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 14 -- Tanzanian companies, institutions and qualified service providers have been urged to bid for tenders announced by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) ahead of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which Tanzania will co-host with Kenya and Uganda.

The call was made in Dar es Salaam on Friday by Local Organising Committee (LOC) Secretary Neema Msitha, who said the tenders covered a wide range of services required for preparing and staging CAF competitions, including AFCON 2027.

Ms Msitha urged qualified Tanzanian companies and local businesses to take advantage of the opportunities by following official CAF tender announcements and submitting bids within the stipulated deadlines.
