MOROGORO, Sept. 22 -- PRESIDENTIAL candidate for the Alliance for Democratic Change (ADC), Mr Wilson Mulumbe has pledged if elected president, his government will provide borehole drilling vehicles to every local government authority in the country.

The aim is to permanently resolve the problem of access to clean and safe water for all Tanzanians.

Mr Mulumbe made the pledge yesterday during a presidential campaign rally at Bomba la Zambia, in Kingolwira Ward, Morogoro Municipality. He was accompanied by his running mate, Shoka Khamis Juma.
