KIGOMA, Oct. 8 -- OVER 200 members of the opposition party ACT-Wazalendo in Uvinza District, Kigoma Region, have officially joined the ruling party Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), citing their satisfaction with the leadership of the Tanzanian President, Samia Suluhu Hassan, and her government.

The new members were received by CCM Kigoma Regional Chairman, Jamal Tamim, during a public campaign rally held in Ilagala village, Uvinza District, in support of the CCM parliamentary candidate for Kigoma South constituency.
