Sri Lanka, June 4 -- The official website of the Zoological Department and Samanala Uyana at the Ruhunu Ridiyagama Safari Park was launched yesterday (03) under the patronage of Environment Minister Dr. Dhammika Patatabendi and others.
Patabendi told the gathering that the Environment Ministry is one of the main ministries bringing foreign exchange to the country. 'By developing the tourism industry, it is possible to increase foreign exchange coming to the country. In the coming weeks, we have implemented many environmental programmes across the country. One of them is to develop the Ridiyagama Safari Park'.
