Sri Lanka, Sept. 23 -- The ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2025 Trophy Tour reached Sri Lanka yesterday, with the iconic trophy unveiled to the media at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium (RPICS), Colombo. The venue will host 11 league stage matches during the tournament which will commence on September 30 and the first match, Bangladesh vs Pakistan will be played at the R. Premadasa Stadium on October 2.

This time five Sri Lanka World Cup matches are scheduled to be played at R.Premadasa Staium and this is a good opportunity for us said Sri Lanka women's skipper Chamari Athapaththu.
