Sri Lanka, May 8 -- Vietnamese President To Lam arrived at the Parliament of Sri Lanka today (08) and is scheduled to address Members of Parliament, Parliament sources said.Sri Lankan History

President To Lam arrived at the Parliamentary Complex at around 11.05 a.m., where he was received by Speaker Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne and Secretary-General of Parliament Kushani Rohanadeera.

A brief meeting between President To Lam and the Speaker was also held following the official reception. Minister of Environment Dr. Dammika Patabendi, in his capacity as Chairman of the Sri Lanka-Viet Nam Friendship Association, also participated, along with the Secretary-General of Parliament.
